Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.  If items are out of stock you will be notified by email of the anticipated shipping date.

We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping to all addresses within the United States.

We offer $15.00 international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom (UK). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kerry Stitch Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns Policy

All orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service in stay-flat packaging with tracking to protect your purchase.  In the event your package is lost by the US Postal Service please contact kerrystitchdesigns@gmail.com
